This policy explains how TideVena Labs handles personal information when you use our website, shop, support chat, account area, and public lab-documentation page. Our products and services are intended only for adults age 21 or older.

Shopify operates checkout and processes order and payment information under its own privacy terms. This policy describes the information TideVena Labs receives or controls in connection with those services.

Depending on how you use the site, we may collect:

• Contact and order details, such as your name, email address, phone number, billing and shipping addresses, products ordered, selected sizes, order number, totals, shipping choice, and order status.
• Support information, including messages you send through the support chat, a randomly generated visitor identifier, and an email address if you choose to provide one.
• Account information for authorized staff, such as an email address, sign-in records, and role information.
• Giveaway information, including the email entered for the spin wheel and the discount result saved on that device.
• Basic technical information that our hosting, security, and commerce providers ordinarily receive when a site is used, such as IP address, browser and device information, request times, and pages or services requested.

The age screen asks for your date of birth so your browser can calculate whether you are at least 21. The date you enter is not sent to or stored by TideVena Labs through that screen. If you pass, your device stores only a local flag showing that the age screen was passed.

Clearing your browser storage removes that flag and causes the age screen to appear again. The current website does not collect an identity document through the age screen. We may separately take reasonable steps to confirm age or eligibility before fulfilling an order where required.

When you proceed to checkout, Shopify collects and processes the details needed to complete your order. Payment-card information is entered into Shopify's checkout and is not stored by TideVena Labs. We may receive order, customer, payment-status, shipping, and fulfillment details so we can process the order, provide support, prevent fraud, maintain records, and send order communications.

We may share the minimum delivery information needed with carriers and fulfillment providers. Taxes and payment processing are handled through the services shown at checkout.

Support-chat messages are stored with a random browser identifier so you can return to the same conversation and authorized staff can review it. Messages may be sent to an artificial-intelligence service to generate an automated reply. Do not include payment-card numbers, government identification, medical records, or other sensitive information in chat.

Chat replies are for customer support only and are not medical advice. Authorized staff can access stored conversations through the protected administration area.

Authorized staff may upload lab reports, certificates of analysis, and related files together with details such as a title, compound, lot number, laboratory name, report number, test date, and notes. Files remain private unless an authorized administrator marks them as published.

Published documents and their listed details are intentionally available to anyone who visits the lab-documentation page. The site creates a temporary access link when a visitor opens a published file. Before uploading, document owners should remove personal information that is not meant for public disclosure. Unpublished files are limited to authorized administration access.

The site uses browser storage needed to remember age-screen status, cart contents and checkout link, the support-chat identifier, and spin-wheel participation, email, and discount result. These items remain on your device until they expire through the applicable service or you clear your browser data.

Our service providers may use cookies or similar technology needed for checkout, security, fraud prevention, account sessions, and reliable site operation. We do not currently use the website to sell personal information or run third-party targeted advertising.

We use information to:

• Operate the website, cart, checkout, accounts, lab-documentation page, and customer support.
• Process, fulfill, and communicate about orders, returns, and delivery.
• Confirm eligibility, secure the site, detect misuse or fraud, and troubleshoot problems.
• Maintain business, tax, legal, and transaction records and comply with lawful requests.
• Work with service providers that host the site and data, operate Shopify checkout, process payments, deliver email, generate support replies, or fulfill and ship orders.

We keep information only as long as reasonably needed for the purposes described above, including order fulfillment, customer support, security, dispute resolution, tax and accounting duties, and legal compliance. Retention periods differ by record type. Published lab documents remain available until an authorized administrator hides or deletes them; support conversations remain available until deleted or no longer needed.

We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards, including encrypted connections and access controls. No website, transmission, or storage system can be guaranteed completely secure.

You can clear local site data through your browser. You may also ask to access, correct, or delete personal information we control, or to receive information about how it has been handled. Rights and available exceptions vary by where you live, and we may need to verify your identity before completing a request.

To make a privacy request, email support@tidevena.com with the subject “Privacy Request.” Include enough information for us to identify the relevant account, order, or conversation, but do not email payment-card details or identity documents unless we specifically request a secure method.

The site and its products are not directed to anyone under 21. We do not knowingly seek personal information from anyone under 21. If you believe a person under 21 submitted personal information, contact us so we can review and, where appropriate, delete it.

We may update this policy as the site, service providers, or legal requirements change. The date at the top shows when this version took effect. Material changes will be posted on this page.
