Terms of Service
These terms govern your use of the TideVena Labs site and any order you place with us. Please read them before ordering.
1. Who may buy
You must be 21 years or older and purchasing on behalf of yourself or a research entity. By placing an order you confirm your age and that the compounds will be used strictly for laboratory research.
2. Research use only
All products are sold for in-vitro laboratory research only. They are not drugs, foods, cosmetics, or medical devices, and they are not for human or veterinary consumption. Nothing on this site is medical advice or a claim of safety or efficacy.
3. Orders and pre-orders
Items are currently sold as pre-orders and typically dispatch within 2–4 weeks of a tested lot being released. We may cancel and refund any order — for example if a lot fails testing, stock is unavailable, or age verification fails.
4. Pricing and payment
Prices are in US dollars and may change without notice. Payment is processed securely by Shopify; we never see or store your full card details. Taxes and shipping are shown at checkout before you pay.
6. Shipping and risk
Shipping terms, regions, and timing are described on our Shipping page. Risk of loss passes on delivery to the address you provide. You are responsible for entering a correct, deliverable address.
7. Shipping restrictions
We ship only within the United States, including Puerto Rico. We do not ship internationally, to PO boxes, or to any address where our products may not legally be received, and every delivery requires an adult (21+) signature. Orders placed to restricted or undeliverable addresses are cancelled and refunded in full.
8. Order cancellations
You may cancel any unshipped pre-order for a full refund by emailing support@tidevena.com with your order number. Once a parcel has shipped, cancellations are handled under our Returns policy. We may also cancel any order — for example if a lot fails testing, stock is unavailable, an address is restricted or undeliverable, or age verification fails — and refund the full amount paid.
9. Returns and refunds
Cancellations, changes, damaged shipments, and refunds are handled under our Returns policy. Opened or temperature-abused vials cannot be returned for safety reasons.
10. Your responsibilities
You are responsible for handling, storing, and disposing of research compounds safely and for complying with every law that applies where you are. You may not resell, relabel, or supply our products for human use.
11. Discount codes
Promotional codes, including spin-to-win codes, are limited to one use per customer, cannot be combined, have no cash value, and may be withdrawn or expire at any time.
12. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, TideVena Labs is not liable for indirect or consequential loss, and our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order.
13. Changes and contact
We may update these terms; the version shown here applies to your order at the time you place it. Questions about these terms can be sent through our contact page.
